Dress To Express (fashion advice)

HELLO!!! Welcome to the fashion side of my blog. I will be giving out fashion tips regularly. As you may know, my blog is based on a more emo/scene and alternative fashion. The point of this blog is to allow you to express yourself and come up with your own style and there are no rules to it.

I will also be posting anything relating to fashion on this page of my blog. Please enjoy ;)

Heres a little outfit inspiration just incase you are stuck on what to wear.

Alternative Fashion Advice: NEVER try too hard. Keep outfits simple yet unique and cute. Best way to do that is get a shirt and bottom. Look at yourself and think "how can I make this better? should I tuck in the shirt, should I roll up the sleeves? Should I cuff the jeans?" Then Do something with your hair. If your chest is exposed, you should add a necklace. If you wear a necklace either dont wear earings or wear smaller earrings that dont take the attention off your hair or face.

With makeup, you're gonna want to keep it light but make sure your eyes pop the most. Keep the lips calm and nothing extreme.

A little bit to bright for me but nice hair ;-) I believe people should be free to coloring their hair, its their body. If they want to take the risk of damaging their hair to be original, then its not your problem.

If you are looking for new clothes but dont know what to look for, well here you go. You can find clothing like this ANYWHERE! You just gotta look. Alot of my clothes comes from Macy's, Aeropostale, Rainbows, and Hot Topic. Its really how you wear it.

 The topic of body piercing is kinda touchy depending on who you are talking to. I honestly do not like certain piercings but if you feel like you should get piercings to express yourself then go ahead. But dont do it to show off how "bad" you are and how "tough" you are because it just makes you look stupid!

Just a few ways you can wear your hair ;)

 The ripped black skinny jeans, cropped T-shirt, her skull head tie, the bracelets. Its all matched up perfectly. I can honestly say this is a wonderful outfit to wear to the beach. Another great thing is her dip dyed hair which adds to the originality. Its all about having fun and be daring.

Whenever wearing a white, always accessorize. Wearing a vest and hat goes with almost any white top.

You better own it.
If you are not comfortable getting looks from people then I suggest you either stop standing out OR...Own your style and work it ;)

Red hair dont care? Red is a popular hair color dye and it looks good on almost anyone.

Accessorize With bracelets, earrings, etc.

Hair color shouldnt be a big fuss but if you feel like getting your hair dyed is a good idea, go for it. I your parents dont agree with your wants, then it is ok, its not such a big deal. I personally go for the colored clip in extensions.

Fashion is all about originality and standing out from the crowd. You dont want to dress the same way forever, switch it up a bit. Once every 2 weeks or so, wear something nobody will ever think you'd try wearing. If you are colorful, wear a dark outfit one day with a pretty bow. Or if you dress scene, wear a pretty preppy outfit one day.
